A suspected shoplifter at Walmart who begged to not be taken to jail after allegedly making an attempt to steal $668 price of merchandise is now behind bars indefinitely.

Sheena Lynn Woolever, 37, of Wildwood, was being held with out bond this weekend on the Lake County Jail after a decide ordered that her bond be revoked on a earlier cost of theft.

Woolever was arrested July 15 after she was “performing suspiciously” at Walmart at Buffalo Ridge Plaza in The Villages, in response to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Workplace. She put merchandise in her cart together with a sound bar, clothes, automotive chemical compounds and candles. She pushed the cart out of the shop with out paying for the gadgets, however was stopped by a loss prevention officer. Woolever left the cart behind and fled on foot. The incident was captured on video surveillance. When she was confronted by a deputy, Woolever “started begging to not be taken to jail.”
