
A Villager jailed after her seventh drunk driving arrest is hoping to win her freedom on Monday.
Donna Hansen, 63, of the Village of Chatham, was booked Friday afternoon on the Marion County Jail after her bond was revoked in reference to a 2022 golf cart drunk driving arrest.
She is ready for a listening to at 2 p.m. Monday in Marion County Court docket in entrance of Decide Peter Brigham.
Hansen had been free on $10,000 bond within the golf cart DUI when she was arrested June 20 after an intoxicated altercation with a person had her residence. The prosecutor’s workplace on June 29 determined to not pursue the battery cost as a result of the person she allegedly attacked expressed his want to not see her prosecuted. Nonetheless, the incident uncovered the truth that the native New Yorker had been consuming, which was a violation of her bond within the golf cart DUI.
