
A Villager driving with flat tires and a lacking entrance bumper was arrested on a drunk driving cost.
Kathy Ann McCloy, 65, who splits her time between Spring Hill, Tenn. and her house within the Emmalee Villas within the Village of Mallory Sq., was driving a pink 2019 Chevy Equinox with Tennessee license plates at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday when she caught the eye of a Sumter County sheriff’s deputy. The entrance bumper was lacking, “all 4 tires had been popped,” and the entrance tires had been “pushed right down to the rim,” in line with the arrest report. She had been concerned in a crash in Marion County which was being investigated by the Florida Freeway Patrol.
