A Villager driving on a suspended license was arrested after operating cease signal.
Edwin Charles Kerswill, 59, of the Village of Alhambra, was driving a white Cadillac SUV with Tennessee license plates at 8 a.m. Monday when he ran a cease signal on the T intersection of County Street 44A and State Street 44, in line with an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Workplace. A visitors cease was initiated within the car parking zone of Zaxby’s restaurant on State Street 44 in Wildwood.
A pc verify revealed the Ohio native’s Florida driver’s license was suspended in 2019 and canceled indefinitely in 2022.
Kerswill was arrested on a cost of driving whereas license suspended. He was booked on the Sumter County Detention Middle and launched after posting $500 bond.
