A Villager was arrested after allegedly punching a girl’s arm in a home dispute.
Brian Elmer Braun, 56, was arrested at about 7 p.m Thursday after an alleged altercation at his dwelling within the Village of Mallory Sq..
The girl mentioned she and Braun had been concerned in a “verbal altercation” that “grew to become extra aggressive,” in line with an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Workplace. She mentioned Braun started to push her away from him and “started to punch her left arm, leaving quite a few quantities of bruising.”
Braun denied hitting or pushing the girl.
He was arrested on a cost of home battery and booked on the Sumter County Detention Middle. He was launched after posting $500 bond.
