An unlicensed contractor collected a $30,000 deposit after which bailed on a $60,000 venture at a house in The Villages.

Paul Anthony Floramo, 68, of Summerfield, is in additional sizzling water relating to his unlicensed contracting work right here in Florida’s Friendliest Hometown.
