Three folks had been arrested after a stolen automobile was noticed at Greenback Normal in Girl Lake.
The stolen 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe was seen shortly earlier than 2 p.m. Wednesday earlier than it pulled into the shop at 312 U.S. Hwy. 27/441, in keeping with an arrest report from the Girl Lake Police Division.
The driving force was recognized as Daniel Hernandez III, 26, of Fruitland Park. The Queens, N.Y. native advised police, “Some woman let me use the automobile.” Hernandez, who was in possession of the important thing to the automobile, mentioned he was unaware it had been reported stolen. He was arrested on a cost of grand theft auto.
A passenger, 59-year-old Steven Aspinwall of Fruitland Park, was discovered to be in possession of 10.8 grams of methamphetamine. He was arrested on a cost of possession of a managed substance.
One other passenger, 39-year-old Nicole Elaine Alford of Fruitland Park, was in possession of fentanyl, methamphetamine and two hypodermic needles. She was arrested on two counts of possession of a managed substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
All three had been taken into custody and booked on the Lake County Jail.
