A suspected drug vendor armed with a gun fled from legislation enforcement after crashing his automobile throughout a pursuit.

Jared Michael Boyle, 32, of Belleview, was driving a darkish sedan “at a excessive price of velocity” at about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday within the 14500 block of SE forty seventh Avenue in Summerfield when a Marion County sheriff’s deputy started pursuing him. Boyle’s automobile crashed within the tree line within the 3300 block of SE Hwy. 42, in keeping with an arrest report. The automobile was inoperable and Boyle fled on foot. A second deputy joined within the foot chase and tasered Boyle, who was carrying $1,918 in money.

A search of the automobile turned up a 9mm handgun and a big cache of medicine, together with 48 grams of cocaine packaged in two separate luggage, 48 grams of marijuana packaged in 4 separate luggage, 59 grams of methamphetamine packaged in 19 separate luggage, suboxone strips, two packages of Narcan nasal spray and a black scale.

A test revealed his license has been suspended since 2010.

Boyle stated he had been launched from jail three months earlier and didn’t need to return to jail.

He was arrested on a number of expenses and booked on the Marion County Jail on $195,000 bond.
