Legislation enforcement investigating a report of a housebreaking discovered a person wished on a warrant in reference to a 2022 automotive chase which started at Del Webb Spruce Creek in Summerfield.

Frank Carmen Cirullo Jr., 29, of Summerfield, was discovered at a residence in Ocklawaha on Tuesday by Marion County sheriff’s deputies investigating a reported residential housebreaking. Cirullo supplied deputies with a false identify and false date of start, later admitting that he was conscious he was wished on a warrant and didn’t wish to go to jail.

The warrant had been issued in September after an Aug. 28 chase through which Cirullo ran a pink gentle in an try and outrun a deputy whose squad automotive had its lights and sirens activated. On the time, the deputy stopped the chase out of concern for public security.

On the time of that pursuit, Cirullo was already categorized as a ordinary offender.

In 2020, Cirullo was arrested after main legislation enforcement on one other high-speed chase.
