A sinkhole has opened up close to a recreation heart in The Villages.
The sinkhole close to the doorway to the Allamanda Recreation Middle within the Village of Liberty Park on Sunday was marked off with orange tape on stakes in addition to cones. There have been “Highway Closed” indicators on the sidewalk in entrance of the recreation heart.
The opening seems to be about 10 toes deep.
