A person was caught on video in an alleged assault on a lady at an residence in Girl Lake.
Terry Antwon Townsel, 31, is going through a cost of home battery following his arrest Saturday at The Quarters Residences, in response to an arrest report from the Girl Lake Police Division.
A girl stated that Townsel pushed her down on the mattress and held her there by the again of her neck. She had suffered “a visual crimson mark” on her neck, the report stated. A second girl noticed what was occurring and shot a video along with her telephone. She confirmed the video to police.
Officers discovered Townsel making an attempt to go away the residence constructing by means of a rear exit. He claimed nothing had occurred.
He was taken into custody and booked on the Lake County Jail. He was launched after posting $1,000 bond. He has been ordered to not have contact with the lady whereas he’s free on bond.
