Sufficient is ENOUGH!
The three Sumter County commissioners (Wiley, Ulrich, Bilardello) and Mr. Arnold (unelected county administrator) have now uncovered their disgusting hate and contempt of ALL the residents in Sumter County.
They assume it’s simply nice to trample and reject our NO vote in opposition to the hearth district charade. They may have accepted the choice and settle for the fee’s suggestions. Lake, Marion, Polk, Pasco, Hernando and Citrus ALL have sliding scale charges for COMMERCIAL, INSTITUTIONAL, INDUSTRIAL plots. Residential charge is roughly $225. These counties are NOT influenced by any investor, DEVELOPER or political physique. These counties are TRUE counties with many professionals with excessive ethics, integrity and respect for ALL its tax base. We should cease this coup d’etat by this malicious program of a county authorities. I cannot proceed to pay $124 for my providers understanding {that a} strip mall or resort in Brownwood pays the identical yearly price. Time to ring that warning bell.
