A Finest Purchase Geek Squad supervisor has entered a plea to 31 counts of possession of kid pornography.
David Frisby, 37, of Fruitland Park, was taken into custody Aug. 8 and booked on the Lake County Jail. He stays free on $137,000 bond.
This previous week in Lake County Courtroom, he entered a plea of not responsible within the case.
The investigation started when Adobe Methods Included submitted a tip in January to the Nationwide Middle for Lacking & Exploited Kids concerning information reportedly uploaded by Frisby. The information confirmed photos of very younger women having intercourse with grownup males.
A subpoena was obtained for the Comcast Cable account at Frisby’s residence at 603 Bidwell St. The subpoena led to the invention of extra information, intermingled with Frisby’s household pictures.
Throughout the investigation, a detective with the Fruitland Park Police Division realized that Frisby was employed because the Geek Squad supervisor at Finest Purchase in Woman Lake.
