A battle erupted between two married males after a renter moved in at their house in The Villages.
Jonnathan Manuel Jones, 35, who lives at 434 Tarrson Blvd. within the Village of Silver Lake, was taken into custody Sunday on a cost of home battery, in response to an arrest report from the Woman Lake Police Division.
A person who stated he’s married to Jones and has been in a home relationship with him for seven years, informed police he was “bored with being hit and punched by his husband,” the report stated. He stated he and Jones had been arguing over a roommate that was renting a room inside their house. He stated Jones grew to become “indignant” and punched him within the again with a closed fist.
The person stated he turned away to attempt to defend himself and by chance spilled a cup of espresso on the grasp mattress. The report famous there was “a big moist space on the mattress.” He additionally admitted he struck again at Jones in an try to guard himself.
Jones was booked on the Lake County Jail and the native of Venezuela was launched after posting $1,000 bond.
