An alleged attacker who needed cash has been jailed after a brawl along with his live-in woman pal.
Elmon Julian Pierr Hampton, 39, who lists his tackle as 1220 Zapata Place within the Village of Del Mar, was arrested Saturday night on a cost of battery.
The girl stated Hampton was “extraordinarily intoxicated” and “grew to become indignant” when she refused to provide him cash. He punched her on the left aspect of her brow and “forcefully” grabbed her proper forearm, based on an arrest report from the Girl Lake Police Division. When officers arrived on the residence, the girl’s brow was swollen and she or he had suffered bruising on her arm.
Hampton was discovered inside the house and gave the impression to be drunk. He denied any bodily altercation had taken place.
He was taken into custody and booked on the Lake County Jail the place he was initially held with out bond.
